Rugby match day #1

We had our Y5/6 rugby match v Wellesley today.  It has been a while since we have taken up the challenge to play Wellesley in a rugby fixture.  The match was held at Wellesley College, as the council grounds (HW Short Rec) had been closed.  It was a very close match with Muritai taking the win, 17 - 15.  We look forward to the re-match in Term 3.

Beautiful day for the CZ Cross Country

It was a beautiful sunny Wellington day for the Central Zone Cross Country championships.  Our team did a great job representing the school throughout the day in their various races.  We had some top results with the following students winning podium spots:

2nd place - Y5 Girls - Mia Campbell
2nd place - Y6 Girls - Greta Woolloff
3rd place - Y6 Boys - Fraser Belliss
