Term 1 Cross Country 2014

CROSS COUNTRY 2014

The second of our big school events, the cross country, was held in the last week of Term 1. We had a change this year with children running a new course, beginning at the Eastbourne Recreation Ground to enable students to run along a flat track and provide a better viewing platform for spectators.

We also had two grades, an open grade and a championship grade.  The Championship grade was for our fastest runners wishing to qualify for the zone events.  It was a FANTASTIC day, with the weather 'coming to party' too.  Well done to everyone for their efforts on the day.
